Pre-Order Policy

The Soltaniswimwear brand, offers the option of pre-orders on next seasons styles, typically producing your piece takes several months.Simply place a 50% deposit at the time of purchase, then once your order is confirmed and ready to be shipped, you will be notified when the remaining balance is due. The payment will automatically be charged in full. Once confirmed, your oder will be shipped directly to you.

Selecting The Right Size

Size and fit details will be listed on the product page. You can click on "Fit Guide" on the fit guide page to help with size conversion. As size and fit do very, please contact customer service with any additional inquiries about size and fit at info@soltaniswimwear.com.

Pre-Order Payment

When you decide to purchase from pre-order, you are initially charged a 50% deposit of the total price of the item(s) at checkout. Once you receive email confirmation that your item is ready to be shipped, we will automatically charge  you the remaining balance within 24  hours. The remaining balance will include any shipping fees, taxes and or duties ( when applicable).

Making Changes to an Order

After you submit an order, you can update the size of your item only while the pre-order event is still active. A new order will have to be placed should you want to make additional changes. Should you require changes to your oder, please contact info@soltaniswimwear.com to discuss your options.

Receiving Your Pre-order Purchase

The estimated delivery window for each particular item will be located on the product page underneath the price of the product. Once you have purchased the item, this information will be reflected in an email confirmation and in the "Order History" on your Soltaniswimwear account.

You may only cancel a pre-order while the pre-order event is still active on the site. After the pre-order has ended, the order may not be cancelled unless the shipment has been unavoidably delayed past the stated delivery window. Any other cancellation request are at the discretion of Soltaniswimwear and may only be refunded as site credit.

Brand Initiated Cancellation

On occasion, the brand Soltaniswimwear may have to cancel certain styles after the pre-order has ended, due to production reasons. If your item(s) have been cancelled, you will be notified immediately and refunded the full deposit amount of the original payment used to place the pre-order . Refunds should be reflected on your statement in five (5) business days.
